UX Researcher. Behavioral Thinker. Lifelong Learner.
Hi, I’m John Jae.
I use psychology to understand users and inform better digital experiences. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, where I built a strong foundation in human behavior that I now apply to UX.
Through my experience as a psychometrist, I conducted user-facing assessments, analyzed cognitive and behavioral data, and translated findings into clear, actionable insights. In my current UX design internship, I apply these skills by creating wireframes, conducting UX audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve usability and user experience.
I’m passionate about uncovering user needs through research and turning those insights into intuitive, impactful designs.
Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, R&B music, and exploring different perspectives that continue to shape how I understand people.
